Role Description We are seeking a Senior NICE CXOne Engineer with strong expertise in contact center technologies and IVR development. This role requires working closely with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and enhance contact center solutions using the NICE CXOne platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing IVR systems, integrating backend services, and ensuring reliable deployment of enhancements across multiple agencies. - Serve confidently in a client-facing role, managing multiple stakeholders effectively. - Coordinate and execute release planning, development, testing, and deployment of IVR enhancements across multiple agencies. - Design and build call flows, chat solutions, and backend system integrations using APIs. - Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for NICE BU, contributing to solution design and optimizing network solutions. - Design and implement skills-based routing for voice, chat, email, and SMS contact center technology. - Collaborate with the architecture team to design, develop, and integrate APIs. - Translate business requirements into technical requirements, preparing design documents for application development. - Provide troubleshooting support and technical assistance for scripting and system issues. - Work with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS/IaaS providers and virtualized systems, including application servers, databases, and network infrastructure. - Coordinate issue resolution and communication with technical teams in case of problems. - Review support tickets with agency leadership and oversee the resolution of support questions related to agency tickets. - Act as an SME, guiding team members in designing and achieving requested IVR enhancements. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with NICE InContact and/or NICE CXone. - 3+ years of experience scripting in NICE CXOne Studio. - Strong conflict management skills with the ability to navigate and resolve issues. - Excellent organizational communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment. - Experience in creating contact center dashboards. - Familiarity with Salesforce. - Basic knowledge of intersystem networking and data traffic flow between components. - Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end call center applications, including issues in Chrome and Edge when interacting with web-based applications like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. • Develop documentation related to Corrosion Control (Manuals, Philosophies) and Materials Selection (Guidelines, Diagrams). • Perform Corrosion Risk Assessments studies for all process systems. • Define piping Corrosion Loops and Circuits, Corrosion Allowances, Design Life Criteria, and Material Classes. • Review and approve documentation (PIDs, PFDs, UFDs, Coating specifications, CP specifications). • Provide input to RBI studies and inspection strategies, including Integrity Operating Windows development, degradation mechanisms assignment, risk ranking, etc. • Ensuring compliance with Client standards and international codes. • Provide technical support for welding issues, material substitutions, coating failures, CP installation. • Support pre‑commissioning and commissioning teams on chemical injection, flushing & cleaning, passivation and preservation.

- Perform structural integrity assessments for non‑pressurized structural elements, including pipe racks, platforms, walkways, supports, buildings, foundations, and steel frames. - Evaluate corrosion‑related section loss, deformation, vibration issues, and structural overstress conditions. - Conduct load evaluations (dead, live, thermal, wind, seismic, equipment loads) for existing structures. - Assess structural adequacy for revamp scopes, equipment replacement, and structural tie‑ins. - Support API 579 Part 5/9 assessments only where applicable to structural components (e.g., local thin areas, crack‑like flaws). - Review legacy structural drawings, as‑built documentation, and field measurements to validate structural capacity. - Evaluate use of existing structures for new loads or modified operating conditions. - Provide structural input to revamp engineering packages, MOCs, and tie‑in feasibility studies. - Support temporary works, lifting studies, and construction‑related structural checks. - Interpret inspection data and correlate degradation mechanisms with structural performance. - Prepare structural assessment reports, engineering justifications, and recommendations for repair, reinforcement, or replacement. - Interface with Mechanical, Corrosion, Process, and Inspection teams to resolve data gaps and ensure alignment. - Ensure compliance with Eurocodes, AISC, ASCE, API, and Client standards.

• Develop/review engineering documentation related to Inspection Department during EPC phase (e.g. Baseline Inspection documents, RBI requirements, etc.). • Review Vendor documentation related to Inspection section of purchase orders (ITPs) and inspections results (FAT, SAT, Baseline reports). • Supervise activities carried out by other service providers. • Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g. API, ASME, ASTM), Project-specific procedures and local regulatory requirements. • Liaise with Maintenance Departments, to ensure CMMS databases reflect contractual setup. • Participate in RBI assessment studies, adding knowledge regarding suitable inspection techniques. • Coordinate with other departments (Engineering, Commissioning, Fabrication, Maintenance), to ensure overall operational readiness of the projects. • Ensure required activities are within budget and schedule
