Role Description As Head of Paid Search & AI Advertising (f/m/d), you will take ownership of the strategic direction of our entire Paid Search practice while building our capabilities across emerging AI advertising channels. You will develop future-proof strategies for established search platforms as well as new AI-driven environments, including emerging advertising opportunities within ChatGPT and other platforms. You will define best-in-class standards and ensure that testing, learning, innovation, and continuous improvement are firmly embedded in our day-to-day work. You’ll operate in an international, remote-first environment with genuine strategic ownership and the opportunity to shape the future direction of our search and AI advertising offering. Full professional proficiency in both German and English is essential for this role.
