Role Description The GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Expert will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth by leveraging their deep expertise in the Go HighLevel CRM and marketing automation platform. This position requires a hands-on professional who can configure, develop, and implement GoHighLevel solutions to optimize lead management, enhance client communication, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns. - Develop and implement GoHighLevel strategies tailored to the FinTech services industry. - Configure, manage and optimize GoHighLevel as a CRM tool for lead capture, tracking, and nurturing. - Implement and configure Go High Level solutions to meet business needs. - Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects. - Ensure customer data security and privacy during the sign-up process for account management. - Manage customer account setups, including defining user roles and establishing appropriate access permissions. - Implement and maintain access controls and permissions based on customer roles. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective strategies using Go High Level software. - Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues. - Analyze performance metrics and data to advise on best practices and improvements. - Provide training and support to team members and clients on GoHighLevel software functionalities. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements related to GoHighLevel software and financial services. - Be willing to utilize your full skills and expertise as required to grow the company to its fullest potential. - Perform other duties as they may arise from time to time and as they may be assigned to the consultant. Qualifications - Proven experience with the GoHigh Level platform and its features. - Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. - Hands-on experience managing projects and project teams. - Sales experience would be a bonus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Experience in the Fintech, Edutech, financial services industry is preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. - Fluent in English; another language like Spanish or Portuguese is a huge plus.
