  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail and strong negotiation skills for vendor quotations.

Role Description Intertek, Multinational Company leader in ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, Certifications) is seeking RBI Practitioners for upcoming work related to Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phase of multiple Energy projects. RBI Practitioners will support Corrosion Engineers and Inspection Engineers by performing the hands‑on execution work required to build, populate, and validate RBI models, inspection strategies, and integrity data structures. This role is essential for ensuring that EPC deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with approved RBI methodology and Client requirements. - Populate RBI templates, data sheets, and risk models in accordance with API/DNV methodologies and project‑specific procedures. - Extract, interpret, and validate engineering data from native CAD files including PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, isometrics, and equipment datasheets. - Identify and mark-up corrosion loops, circuits, CMLs, and inspection points directly on drawings and digital models. - Support degradation mechanism assignment by reviewing process conditions, materials, and operating envelopes. - Assist in developing inspection strategies, PoF/CoF inputs, and risk ranking outputs under the guidance of senior engineers. - Perform data mining and data cleansing from EPC deliverables, vendor packages, and operational records. - Upload, structure, and validate integrity data within RBI/IDMS platforms (Antea, Meridium/APM, Synergi, Credo, Aware, etc.). - Support the preparation of RBI reports, inspection plans, and technical documentation for EPC reviews. - Ensure all RBI work complies with Client standards, international codes, and project specifications. - Coordinate with Corrosion, Mechanical and Inspection teams to resolve data gaps and ensure consistency across deliverables. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline. (Lack of Bachelor degree can be substituted with minimum 5 years of proven experience as RBI practitioner). - Proven experience executing RBI studies within EPC or operational environments. - Minimum 3 years combined experience (EPC + Operational) is mandatory, but 5+ years’ experience is preferred. - Experience with RBI/IDMS platforms is essential (e.g., Antea, Meridium/APM, DNV Synergi, Credo, Intertek Aware). - API 580 qualified or minimum 5 years proven experience in executing RBI Assessments. - API 581 training is an advantage. - AMPP/NACE certifications (Corrosion or CP) are beneficial but not essential. - API 571 familiarity is preferred for degradation mechanism assignment. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, including PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, and isometrics. - Ability to extract, validate, and structure technical data for RBI models and IDMS platforms. - Familiarity with degradation mechanisms, corrosion loops, CML strategies, and inspection planning principles. - Working knowledge of CMMS hierarchy (SAP, Maximo, or equivalent) is beneficial.
