MS D365 Principal Consultant
Satellite Office
• Lead strategic D365 FO/POS implementations, tailor processes, and empower global teams with practical, outcomes-driven guidance across regions. • Provide strategic consulting and thought leadership for adopting D365 solutions. • Lead implementation projects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Enhance business processes through technology integration and optimization. • Build lasting relationships with business users while ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with D365. • Support D365 FO AND POS application and overcome challenges that could occur. • Support the business in their operations: BAU and new change requests. • Work across different modules in D365 FO. • Configure, rollout, deploy solutions/changes in D365 FO. • Upgrade systems, implementation/configuration of new modules/features/objectives in D365 FO. • Work on business intelligence analytic reports development and other reports for the business requirements. • Solution design. • Business process design. • Continuous improvement and business process improvement. • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. • Deliver continuous training. • Keep track of improvements made to the platform (by Microsoft) and leverage these across the business to support Group and Brand strategies.
Job Requirements
- At least 15+ years of experience in Dynamics AX, D365 including POS and have done end to end implementations
- 7+ years working experience in a relevant Industry or functional area e.g. Online, Retail, Finance or Supply Chain
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- Microsoft Certifications
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing)
- 15+ years of experience in implementing and consulting on D365 retails and/or SCM.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide teams effectively.
- Project management expertise, with an ability to balance scope, time, and resources.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 suite (e.g., Finance, Operations, Customer Engagement).
- Proficiency in related Microsoft technologies, like Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
- Experience in data migration, integration, and system architecture.
