Senior UX Designer

• Partner closely with business development teams and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements. • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility and scope within time, technical, and cost constraints. • Design, develop, and modify user interfaces and software systems using data‑driven insights, scientific analysis, and modeling to predict and measure outcomes. • Plan and define system specifications, layouts, workflows, and modifications to peripheral equipment or supporting systems. • Coordinate installation of software systems and monitor performance to ensure alignment with design specifications. • Leverage strong communication and problem‑solving skills to align design decisions with end‑user needs and organizational goals. • Contribute high‑quality UX, interaction design, and visual design work across internal product initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in:
- UX / Interaction Design
- Visual Design
- Product Design
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in software design and development.
- Professional experience in UI development and data‑driven UI design.
- Strong communication abilities, including the capability to convey design rationale and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
