Assesses patients' understanding of and compliance with prescribed diet principles - Ensure continuity of care with patient's physician, nurses and nutrition support teams to provide high quality patient centered care - Participate in Performance Improvement Program and ACHC accreditation - Identifies and promotes nutrition program services to clinical and professional referral base and performs necessary in-service education - Supervisory Responsibility: No Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or related field - Registered Dietitian with license to practice in assigned state(s); Certified Nutrition Support Clinician preferred - Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience required. - Must have strong communication skills and organizational skills - High level of self-motivation, initiative, flexibility and ability to work under pressure To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers.
