• Responsible for approving and implementing the changes/updates in projects. • Act as the point of contact between PMs and Senior Program Managers. • Regularly meet with the client to fully understand the client's project requirements. • Work with the Senior Program Manager to build project teams, using the best fit people for the job. • Usually oversees a single project. • Sets methods of daily production reporting.
