What You’ll Do: - Meet with clients virtually through Zoom - Review requested benefit information - Explain available coverage options - Assist clients with enrollment when appropriate - Maintain professional communication and follow-up - Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship Qualifications - Strong communication skills - Coachable and dependable attitude - Comfortable working remotely - Professional appearance and demeanor - Ability to stay organized and self-motivated - Must reside in Georgia - Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, management, retail, athletics, recruiting, or call center environments is helpful but not required.
