Bilingual Corporate Travel Specialist – English

VOLL

• Handle corporate travel requests for domestic and international trips, delivering the highest quality and operational efficiency, respecting SLAs, and complying with mandatory processes and specific requirements to build client loyalty and continuously improve the quality of our delivery. • Identify, analyze and act on opportunities for process improvements for internal and external clients. • Perform quotation, booking, issuance and reissuance of domestic and international air tickets; domestic and international hotel reservations; local/ground transportation (domestic and international); domestic road travel; travel insurance; and group bookings for flights, hotels and tours, both domestic and international. • Deliver training. • Coach and develop team members. • Handle processes and case management with clients and other analysts. • Work closely with management to develop and implement new processes and procedures, encouraging innovative ways to deliver greater value to clients and the business.

Job Requirements

  • Technical and/or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Availability to work a daytime 5x2 schedule: working hours 07:00–15:00 (days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with corporate travel.
  • Advanced knowledge of OBT and GDS systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of car rental and airline systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of major accommodation providers.
