Senior Business Consultant

• Support customer transition activities from implementation or managed services into a more self-sufficient operating model • Assist in assessing customer readiness across people, process, governance, and technology • Contribute to transition plans and customer success milestones • Guide customer teams on elluminate usage, workflows, and operational best practices • Deliver customer enablement sessions and knowledge transfer activities • Advise customers on operational processes and responsibilities related to elluminate ownership and usage • Support governance processes for data ingestion, quality, access, and analytics consumption • Assist in the development of SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation aligned to elluminate workflows • Help align elluminate capabilities with customer business objectives and clinical data strategies • Engage effectively with different user persons (clinical data managers, medical monitors, clinical scientists, and study teams) to drive workflow adoption and operational alignment. • Develop strong expertise in elluminate functionality, configuration options, and recommended usage patterns • Translate platform capabilities into practical business processes and user guidance • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to share customer feedback and adoption insights • Identify opportunities for customers to expand or deepen use of elluminate capabilities • Define KPIs and success metrics to measure customer maturity and independence • Proactively mitigate adoption risks and identify gaps in customer capability or understanding • Support renewal and expansion conversations through demonstrated value realization • Work closely with Implementation, Managed Services, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs • Contribute to the development of standardized transition frameworks, templates, and enablement materials • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Sc, B.Tech or MS and/or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 6–8+ years of experience in SaaS service delivery, consulting, customer success, or advisory roles preferred
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms, data platforms, or regulated industry software preferred
  • Experience supporting customer adoption, enablement, or operational transition initiatives preferred
  • Strong consulting and customer engagement skills with the ability to translate technical platform capabilities into practical business processes
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including customer-facing presentations
  • Experience working with life sciences or clinical development software (EDC, data management, analytics platforms)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.

Role Description Utilization Management Nurse open to either a Sun–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday shift. The primary role of the Utilization Management Nurse is to review and monitor members' utilization of health care services with the goal of maintaining high quality cost-effective care. The role includes providing the medical and utilization expertise necessary to evaluate the appropriateness and efficiency of medical services and procedures. This includes: - Providing prior authorizations - Concurrent review - Proactive discharge/transition planning - High dollar claims review There is a heavy emphasis on concurrent review and proactive transition planning for members in the hospital and skilled nursing facility. This is primarily a remote telephonic position with normal business day hours, with one weekend day per month coverage. This position serves as a liaison to the Plan Medical Director working closely with appeals and medical decisions.
