Administrative Manager

Significance

• Provide mid-level administrative and operational management support to NIWC Pacific Codes 10000 (Finance) and 80000 (Corporate Operations) • Coordinate administrative programs and manage documentation workflows • Support executive-level meetings and track action items • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and reporting requirements • Manage records, track awards and personnel actions, and coordinate recruiting activities • Prepare briefing materials and maintain reporting systems • Act as a liaison between government leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of administrative management or program coordination experience
  • Experience supporting executive-level leadership in a federal or DoD environment
  • Strong organizational and workflow management skills
  • Experience preparing and coordinating:
  • Meeting agendas
  • Briefing materials
  • Status reports
  • Action item trackers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience managing documentation in collaboration platforms such as:
