ABA Content Developer

• Remain up-to-date on BACB pre-and post-certification requirements for credentialing and professional development. • Update existing assessments and courses based on credentialing authority changes, user feedback, editorial feedback, and updates to course creation standards. • Create new assessments and courses to be utilized across our customer base by behavior technicians, behavior analysts, and trainees, within scope of competence. • Design assessment strategies that verify learning rather than just completion (application questions, case studies, performance demonstrations). • Assist as needed in the development of requested regulatory compliance courses to meet customer needs. • Work directly with Director, Clinical Training & CR Institute and content development team to ensure coursework meets industry standards. • Collaborate with other Subject Matter Experts (internal or contracted) to design and create assessments and courses for related services providers. • Review and edit new and existing courses as assigned. • Work as part of the content creation team to continuously improve our educational offerings, integrate new technologies, and provide the best-in-market experience to our end users.
Job Requirements
- At least 5+ years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) (current, with no disciplinary action)
- Experience with Instructional Design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom, Merrill, Gagne)
- Strong writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Teaching experience
- Good Organizational skills and systems
