Role Description The Associate, Strategic Finance supports financial planning, analytics, and business insights for the business (i.e. Corporate, Operations, Technology division). You will work with Finance leaders on business reviews, full-year projections, and strategic partnership with business leadership. You will create new reporting, and analytical insights to ensure visibility into business spending patterns, projections, and presents findings to multiple levels of leadership. You will report into the Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Atlanta, GA. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $96,876 - $127,149 per year. Responsibilities - Craft recommendations using a data-driven approach combined with business intuition for senior executives to make pricing decisions that influence our growth and bottom-line. - Support build of models and tooling that produce relevant business insights, including competitive intelligence insights and scenario modeling. - Collaborate with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design and Sales teams to develop portfolio strategy for each Oscar market. - Identify and research profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights to help guide company-wide strategic decisions. - Source, organize, and analyze data to support all strategic programs in the team. - Monitor important metrics and identify latest trends around the ACA landscape for leadership to help quickly inform tactics during selling season. - Report intra-year membership analytics to leadership to understand health of the business. - Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial or equivalent work experience. - 4+ years of finance experience including experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Insurance or Financial Services. - 2+ years of experience with Google products - Sheets, Docs and Slides or Microsoft products. - 2+ years of experience working with C-level executives. Bonus Points - MBA in finance, MS in Financial Analysis. - Experience in the managed care, healthcare or insurance. - Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery to analyze large datasets. - Proficiency working with NetSuite and Adaptive. • Support the investment team by sourcing promising pre-seed start-ups through various channels. • Lead initial screening calls with startup founders independently. • Take care of incoming start-up applications and establish communication with the most important internal and external stakeholders. • Accompany exciting start-ups through the entire investment process: from sourcing through the due diligence process to the completed investment. • Take part and get first-hand insights into our Investment Committee meetings. • Create deep dives into various topics and present your findings to the team. • Support our investor relations team with inquiries and various projects. • Assist the Partners in various portfolio support activities.

• Support implementation, optimization, and transformation initiatives within SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud environments. • Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance stakeholders. • Analyze business processes and recommend SAP S/4HANA Cloud best-practice solutions. • Configure and support: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Financial Closing, Tax Configuration, Intercompany Processing. • Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops. • Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation. • Support data migration activities for Finance objects. • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Provide post-go-live hypercare support.

• Lead BeInCrypto’s end-to-end multimedia editorial strategy across long-form and short-form content. • Host interviews, analysis videos, and industry conversations with confidence and strong editorial presence. • Own the video editorial calendar and align it with market trends, product priorities, and audience demand. • Develop story angles, scripts, hooks, and video concepts optimized for retention and audience growth. • Work hands-on with editors, designers, and social media teams to deliver high-performing content. • Identify viral moments and shape short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and X. • Build relationships with founders, researchers, investors, and key voices across crypto and traditional finance. • Analyze performance metrics including watch time, retention, engagement, and subscriber growth to continuously improve content strategy.
