DevOps Engineer

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience designing, building, and managing complex Cloud systems (AWS), ideally within FinTech, government, or similarly regulated, high-availability environments.
  • Hands-on experience building, managing, and automating infrastructure that adheres to strict government-level security standards, specifically GovRAMP and FedRAMP.
  • Expert-level proficiency in AWS architecture and services (e.g., EKS/ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, Route53).
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in GitHub, GitHub Actions, and advanced deployment strategies.
  • Extensive experience implementing and managing modern observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
  • Deep knowledge of Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning, scaling, and compliance auditing of environments reliably and consistently.
  • Strong understanding of supporting Node-based systems and modern web applications within containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven ability to create and maintain stringent, audit-ready documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster a culture of end-to-end accountability among Engineering teams.
