Job Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. At this time, we are unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses.
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus

• Perform asbestos, lead-based paint (LBP), and microbial/moisture intrusion assessments, along with abatement oversight, with an approximate 50/50 split between field and office work • Conduct safety and compliance assessments in accordance with regulatory standards and client requirements • Support additional environmental services through cross-training, including: • Exposure assessments • Workplace safety evaluations • Stormwater compliance inspections • Soil and groundwater sampling • Noise and air monitoring • Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) inspections • Execute work in alignment with project work plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and direction from project managers • Manage scheduling and logistics across all project phases, from coordination and fieldwork through reporting • Prepare clear, accurate, and technically sound client-ready reports using project-specific templates • Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery and ongoing professional development • Maintain and proactively pursue relevant certifications, including 40-Hour HAZWOPER, CAC, and/or CSST
