Role Description We are looking for a .NET Full Stack (WinForms) to join our growing team in Qualitest. - Develop front-end applications using WinForms/WPF in a Microsoft .NET environment. - Develop and support application functionality using C#. - Experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks. Key Responsibilities - Maintain, enhance, and develop front-end applications using WinForms in a Microsoft .NET environment. - Utilize DevExpress controls and components to build and improve user interfaces. - Work with existing Microsoft SQL Server backend systems and collaborate on front-end/backend integration. - Participate in future modernization efforts, including transitioning portions of the application to modern web-based technologies such as React. - Analyze existing application architecture and codebases to quickly become productive within the environment. Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with WinForms development (required). - Strong proficiency in C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. - Experience using DevExpress UI controls/components. - Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server environments. - Experience with Azure DevOps Server and/or TFS (Team Foundation Server) for source control and development workflows. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal hand-holding. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to review existing systems, ask the right technical questions, perform independent research, and quickly contribute to development efforts. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience building or consuming REST APIs. - Familiarity with application modernization and migration strategies. - Experience with GitHub and modern Git-based workflows. • Implement and maintain features for tvOS and iOS applications with a focus on performance and user experience. • Write clear, maintainable Swift code that aligns with team conventions and platform best practices. • Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver robust solutions. • Debug issues across the stack—from UI edge cases to data integration—and contribute fixes that improve app stability. • Participate in architectural discussions and follow established patterns for consistency and scalability. • Stay current with iOS platform updates and apply relevant improvements to the codebase as needed. • Review peer code for quality, readability, and adherence to standards, contributing to team knowledge-sharing. • Ensure accessibility and localization considerations are applied throughout development. • Work within an Agile environment to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and deliver updates incrementally.

• Define and drive the architectural vision for Tamnoon's platform • Design scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems • Build and evolve cloud-native services using AWS, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, and event-driven architectures • Own identity and access architecture, including IAM, federation, and cross-account access patterns • Design secure integrations with cloud providers, security tools, ticketing systems, and external platforms • Lead technical design reviews and establish engineering best practices • Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across the organization

• Designing and maintaining testing systems for deterministic logic and AI influenced, non deterministic behavior, integrating these validations directly into CI, release pipelines, and review workflows • Engaging early with engineering to surface risks before implementation, strengthening team wide quality skills, and promoting testability as a core design requirement • Broadening our verification approach beyond unit tests into integration, system, stress, and full workflow testing across the entire stack • Maintaining dependable test environments with strong instrumentation for rapid diagnosis, enhancing observability and logging to shorten the path from failure to root cause • Building tools, fixtures, and supporting libraries that generate stable and repeatable test conditions, enabling reliable validation of complex scenarios without ad hoc data creation
