HCM Sales Executive
Asure Software
• Build business relationships with new prospective clients and current customers. • Create new revenue opportunities for the company's Human Capital Management solutions. • Identify and develop new prospects within the defined territory through self-generation and business development sales activities. • Profile and penetrate existing Asure Clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities. • Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers. • Create high impact presentations of proposed Asure solutions. • Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quota. • Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage sales and client services activities. • Engage in continuous learning to understand industry trends and evaluate the competitive HCM landscape.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience selling payroll, HR or related software and services is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively.
- Proven relationship building and client service skills.
- Proven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional results.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools.
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License to be eligible for hire.
