The solutions engineer designs, implements, and maintains architecture, integrations, and processes for learning technology at CNO. Coordination and communication through partnership with internal resource teams and stakeholders are key responsibilities for success. The Learning Technology Solutions Engineer owns the efficiency and accuracy of learning and development solutions that meet business and compliance needs, while staying current and relevant, through technical leadership and oversight of complex initiatives that evolve with business needs and vendor partnerships.
