• As the central interface, you connect our sales team, product development and our customers, ensuring a smooth flow of information • You advise our customers in the energy sector and identify the optimal use of our AI software within their complex IT landscapes • You analyze customer requirements in a targeted way and develop robust, future-proof solution architectures based on those findings • In close collaboration with sales, you prepare technical concepts and support demanding pre-sales inquiries • You plan, moderate and lead workshops and confidently present our solutions at both C-level and IT levels
Job Requirements
- You hold a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- You bring several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect, IT Consultant or in a comparable position
- You are experienced in pre-sales, lead customer workshops and have knowledge of commercial contexts, project costing and the development and evaluation of business cases
- You have strong technical understanding of Business Applications / enterprise systems, software architectures, interfaces, cloud technologies and data integration
- You communicate confidently and appropriately for the audience – in both German and English

Role Description CNO Financial Group is hiring a Learning Technology Solutions Engineer. The solutions engineer designs, implements, and maintains architecture, integrations, and processes for learning technology at CNO. Coordination and communication through partnership with internal resource teams and stakeholders are key responsibilities for success. The Learning Technology Solutions Engineer owns the efficiency and accuracy of learning and development solutions that meet business and compliance needs, while staying current and relevant, through technical leadership and oversight of complex initiatives that evolve with business needs and vendor partnerships. As a Learning Technology Solutions Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and managing sustainable solutions across diverse applications, mainly the Learning Management System and interrelated business systems. - Incorporating security, architecture, and user experience principles and best practices with designs and solutions following a continuous improvement cycle. - Documenting architecture, processes, data definitions, and workflows to support shared understanding and long-term scalability. - Strengthening data quality, governance, security, and platform reliability through thoughtful and sustainable engineering practices. - Effectively collaborating within a Kanban team supporting non-technical teams and initiatives that prioritize the consumer sales division. - Investigating and solving level 3 escalations of system challenges and problems while offering technical mentorship through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
