Role Description Responsible for providing strategic leadership in medical bill review operations while serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. This role combines technical bill review expertise with relationship management to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction. - Responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solution. - Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. - Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. - Works with the delivery team to execute contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's business. Qualifications - Minimum Education: College degree or High school diploma + 2-4 years of industry experience. - Worker's compensation or Auto Casualty bill review experience preferred. - Ability to present and interpret data to customers. - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). - Strong grammar and business writing skills for documentation and customer communication.
