Vice President, Finance

• Partner with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures • Own and enhance the organization-wide budgeting and forecasting process • Incorporate market trends and data to drive more accurate financial planning • Develop and monitor long-term financial projections aligned with business goals • Deliver actionable financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making • Leverage industry trends, data analytics, and benchmarks to inform recommendations • Provide financial input on key business initiatives, including growth strategies • Translate complex financial data into clear, strategic guidance for leadership • Act as a strategic partner to department leaders on financial performance • Track, analyze, and optimize performance against growth and efficiency targets • Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational priorities • Support accountability and informed decision-making across the organization • Identify and implement strategies to drive growth and operational excellence • Provide financial expertise on contracts, vendor evaluations, and partnerships • Support business development activities, including capital raises and M&A • Contribute to evaluating and prioritizing strategic opportunities across the business

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 15+ years’ experience in related finance roles supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Proven track record of financial leadership in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or a closely related field
  • Expertise navigating complex regulatory environments and payer-provider relationships
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with standard accounting practices. CPA certification a plus
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Familiarity with ERP financial and planning systems (Netsuite, Workday, other)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor high-performing finance teams in a growth-oriented organization
  • Demonstrated ability to translate financial insights into business strategy and operational execution
  • Experience leading long-range financial planning, capital allocation, and investment analysis
  • Track record managing capital structure, cash flow optimization, and cost containment initiatives.
