Role Description You're a seasoned demand planner with 8–10 years of experience in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods who knows how to build forecasts people trust. You think in systems — naturally connecting demand signals to inventory, service levels, capacity, and financial outcomes — and you take personal accountability for forecast quality and process discipline. You've owned an S&OP process end-to-end, can constructively challenge assumptions with data, and are comfortable presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional partners alike. You're fluent in enterprise demand planning tools (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or similar) and strong in Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus. Most importantly, you thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments where the playbook is still being written — and you see that as an opportunity, not an obstacle. Qualifications - Deep expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes within a CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights - Hands-on experience with enterprise demand planning systems (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or similar) - Proven ability to own and continuously improve an end-to-end S&OP process across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain - Experience working cross-functionally with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively and align stakeholders through data-driven dialogue - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex demand signals into clear recommendations for cross-functional and senior audiences - High ownership mindset with personal accountability for forecast quality, process discipline, and decision-readiness - Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus - Experience working in an ERP system; NetSuite experience strongly preferred - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where processes are still evolving - Nice to have: experience forecasting against major retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Kroger) or large distributors (KeHE, UNFI), or participation in a demand planning system implementation Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience - 8–10 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning in a CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods environment - Hands-on experience with a demand planning or forecasting system (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Logility, SAP IBP, or similar) - Demonstrated experience owning and improving S&OP processes, forecasting methodologies, and planning tools in a high-growth environment - Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus - Experience working in an ERP system; NetSuite experience strongly preferred - Experience forecasting against major retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, Kroger) or large distributors (KeHE, UNFI) is a strong plus - Experience participating in a demand planning system implementation or significant system upgrade is a plus Physical Requirements & Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
