• Drive operational cadence, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights programs for Global Partner Ecosystem Org • Collaborate with channel sales leadership to drive strategic initiatives in alignment with global GTM and corporate strategy, setting, managing, and reporting relevant OKRs and KPIs • Lead and coordinate EMEA channel sales GTM planning, including quota, territory, and headcount management, aligned with global initiatives • Support alignment and partnership with the Senior Director of Sales Operations, driving global sales operations programs • Provide data-driven insights to Sales Leadership and identify and manage operational and system/CRM productivity improvements to drive efficiency and capacity
Job Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 6+ years of relevant Sales Business Operations or Sales Finance or Business Strategy experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong understanding and experience in GTM strategies and annual fiscal planning
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficiency in SFDC, advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
