Role Description The Specialist, Implementations is responsible for coordinating and executing pre-implementation activities that ensure clients are successfully prepared for implementation and positioned for long-term success with DataSpring solutions. The onboarding process begins when a deal is closed and includes: - Account setup - Project discovery - Implementation readiness assessments - Client intake activities - Coordination of internal resources to support a smooth transition into implementation The individual serves as a key liaison between Sales, Implementation, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate can assess client needs, identify potential risks or gaps early in the process, and coordinate solutions across functional teams. The Specialist, Implementations is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Manager, Implementation Operations.
