Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität sicherst du unser Tagesgeschäft ab und behältst das große Ganze im Blick. - Cash Management & Liquidität: - Stellen sicher, dass immer ausreichend Liquidität vorhanden ist und Forderungen fristgerecht beglichen werden. - Wöchentlicher Finance-Check, Ultimo-Aufstellung der Finanzbestände sowie rechtzeitige Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei kritischen Beständen. - Reporting & Fristen: - Verantwortung für die fristgerechte Erstellung, Prüfung und den Versand unserer wichtigsten Reportings (monatliche/quartalsweise Bank-Reportings, monatliche Beirats-Reportings) sowie weiterer Berichte (Fondsreporting, ESG, Leasingaufstellungen). - Audit & Jahresabschlüsse: - Steuerung und Begleitung der Jahresabschlüsse der Einzelgesellschaften und die Wirtschaftsprüfungen (Einzelgesellschaften, Konzern und Covenant-Prüfungen). - Budget & Forecasts: - Aktive Unterstützung bei der Budgeterstellung und -einhaltung, der finanzseitigen Modellierung sowie der Erstellung von verlässlichen Liqui-Forecasts. - Accounting-Schnittstelle: - Aufstellung und Buchung von aktivierten Eigenleistungen im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses. - Effizienzsteigerung bestehender Finance-Abläufe durch neue Technologien. - Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung. Qualifications - Akademisches Fundament: Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling oder eine fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter, Controller). - Relevante Erfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung im Cash Management, im Banken-/Investoren-Reporting sowie in der Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Wirtschaftsprüfungen und Jahresabschlüssen. - Excel-Exzellenz & Modellierung: Beherrschung komplexer Datenaufbereitungen und Übersetzung operativer Szenarien in verlässliche Forecasts (insb. Liquidität). - KI- & Tool-Begeisterung (Großes Plus): Nutzung von KI-Modellen wie Claude, Gemini und Co. zur Beschleunigung von Workflows. - Sprachliche Sicherheit: Fließende und verhandlungssichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch (C1/C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse. Role Description Montgomery County's Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the migration of its gift card program into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (D365). This is a short-term, high-impact engagement conducted fully remotely. In 2023, ABS deployed D365 as its point-of-sale platform across 27 retail stores. ABS is bringing its gift card program fully in-house within D365 — making D365 the system of record for gift card issuance, balance management, redemption, and cross-store operations. Key Responsibilities - Develop a comprehensive project plan with all stakeholders covering six phases: discovery, solution design, build and configuration, test and pilot, migration and cutover, and handoff. - Oversee stakeholder execution of assigned tasks upon project plan approval by ABS-IT. - Submit progress reports to ABS-IT semi-weekly at minimum, and on an ad-hoc basis as requested. - Ensure Avanade and NWT maintain PCI DSS compliance throughout the engagement. - Deliver stabilization and closeout summaries and a full support handoff package at project conclusion.
