Role Description To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Pricing Director located in US Remote Virginia Area. Reporting to the Global Sales Operations Director, the Pricing Director will be responsible for pricing strategy, commercial governance, deal support, pricing analytics and pricing operations across multiple regions. - Enhance and maintain the company's pricing strategy, architecture, and governance framework. - Lead pricing reviews, annual pricing actions, and pricing optimization. - Evaluate pricing opportunities across product, region, and customer segment. - Develop pricing recommendations supported by market, customer, and financial analysis. - Manage discount policies, pricing guidelines, and approval matrix execution. - Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic and non-standard commercial opportunities. - Partner with lead field sales to balance growth objectives with margin performance. - Ensure commercial pricing consistency across regions. - Drive deal review processes and governance mechanisms to improve pricing discipline. - Develop reporting and KPIs that measure pricing effectiveness. - Monitor price realization, discount trends, and margin performance. - Lead price leakage analysis. - Identify and quantify opportunities for revenue and margin improvement. - Enhance and maintain processes for price lists, price books, and controls. - Oversee pricing-related processes within configurators, ERP, and contract management platforms. - Ensure operational excellence in pricing execution and compliance. Qualifications - 8 - 12 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, deal desk, sales operations, finance, or related disciplines. - 3 - 5+ years of leadership experience. - Demonstrated experience developing and enhancing pricing strategies. - Experience supporting complex B2B, engineer-to-order, and run-rate sales environments. - Strong financial, analytical and commercial acumen. - Experience supporting multiple geographic regions and customer segments. - MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
