• Collaborate with team members to ensure all project deadlines are met and project logistics are accounted for • Assist in all aspects of research across operational phases throughout the project, including survey proofing, data cleaning, data charting, data checking, recruitment updates, etc. • Document client calls and internal meetings, including providing feedback to the relevant projects and ensuring documentation is shared with team for collaboration • Support client deliverables by creating slides, identifying case studies, syndicated data and desk research that lend to the overall insights and narrative • Manage logistical issues around fielding, data processing, vendors, etc., including identifying process improvements • Proactively communicate availability/capacity/contributions to the team
Job Requirements
- 2+ years demonstrated experience with quantitative market research and analysis
- Qualitative market research and analysis experience a plus
- Client-facing experience a plus
- Intellectually curious with a passion for research and learning about people
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and strong follow-through on deadlines
- Equally comfortable in a collaborative team environment and with self-directed responsibilities
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Spanish language proficiency a plus

Role Description The Research Finance Specialist is an active member of the Mass General Brigham Central Research Management office and is one of the primary points of contact for Principal Investigators (PIs) and Department Administrators at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and other institutions within Mass General Brigham. With guidance from his/her manager and team members, the Finance Specialist I actively manages the subcontract payments related activity of the grants. As a primary contact for departments and outside collaborators, the Finance Specialist facilitates the process of subcontract invoice distribution, coding, approvals, payments, and inquiries.
