Role Description In this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing the network development and provider contracting strategies for a defined market. You will also participate in the development of the network management strategy which includes aspects of technology & product development, utilization management, value-based care, membership growth, marketing and member and provider experience. This role will be covering the state of New Jersey and we are looking for candidates in the NJ area who have experience working with this market. As a Network Development & Contracting Associate, you will: - Help network development and contracting goals within designated geographies. - Develop and refine local contracting strategies to drive provider participation in Medicare Advantage, Direct Contracting and other value-based initiatives. - Address and resolve any concerns raised by providers and effectively communicate those solutions to internal stakeholders. - Engage and partner collaboratively with other teams. - Deep expertise in negotiating and managing ancillary and specialty provider contracts. Qualifications - You have experience in network development, recruitment, contracting, business development, network management, and/or managed care. - You have positive leadership skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and motivate others. - You have a basic understanding of provider contract options, healthcare economics and competitors practices with the ability to grasp both clinical and business concepts. - You have experience negotiating provider contracts to improve overall performance. - You are able to create interest and drive action across a wide set of collaborative team members. Role Description The Vice President, Medical Affairs leads the medical affairs function and is a member of the Medical Leadership Team. The incumbent is responsible for aligning efforts on clinical and research implementation for customers, new innovations and technology with changing landscape of diagnostics, knowledge exchange, data communications, and leading Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement. Additionally, this global role collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders including the Commercial, Communications, Regulatory and Market Access teams. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring accurate and current scientific and medical knowledge across the team, confirming that the field organization develops trusted relationships with clinicians, elevating the voice of the field to Medical and FMI leadership, and serving as a spokesperson for Medical Affairs both internally and externally.
