Job Description
Senior Business Systems Analyst
Medsuite Inc
• Lead collaboration with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex system requirements • Perform advanced analysis of system functionality and end-to-end business processes • Serve as a senior point of contact for investigating escalated or high-priority system issues • Partner with external vendors and internal technical teams to coordinate system changes • Support intake, prioritization, and ongoing management of system-related work items within a Kanban-based workflow • Maintain oversight of the system work backlog • Lead or support system maintenance activities, configuration updates, testing coordination, and validation efforts • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to less senior analysts
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's or equivalent training
- At least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong understanding of business applications and underlying system data flows
- Experience supporting healthcare, revenue cycle management (RCM), or financial systems strongly preferred
- Advanced understanding of business applications, system architecture, and data flows
- Demonstrated expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing complex business and system requirements
- Strong vendor management and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
