Account Executive

Barracuda Networks Inc.

Role Description The Account Executive is responsible for managing accounts across the New Jersey, New York and North Eastern Pennsylvania territory. They leverage consultative selling approaches to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, facilitate communication on customer’s business problems, and meet/exceed sales quotas. They also use a consultative approach to educate customers and assist in sales process improvements. The selected candidate must reside in New Jersey. - Grow and expand relationships with SME/SMB clients across defined sales territories, and meets/exceeds assigned sales quotas. - Leverages consultative selling approaches to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and customers. - Works with partner sales personnel to extend reach and drive adoption of the Barracuda products and solutions. - Delivers effective sales demonstration and presentations, covering the Barracuda Networks portfolio effectively. - Supports in creating clear goals and complete accurate forecasting through developing a detailed territory plans. - Facilitates complex accounts and transaction reporting to the account managers and leadership team. - Maintains continuity and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target markets. - Meets sales objectives and supports in development of go to market strategy for partnership. - Utilizes a consultative selling approach to educate channel partners and end-users and provide timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunities. - Leverages specialized sales knowledge in breadth and depth to a variety of issues/projects within the team. - Works in a project-oriented manner contributing towards team-level goals. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or related fields. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
