Role Description We are looking for an experienced Looker & LookML Developer with strong expertise in data analytics, business engagement, and customer-facing interactions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable LookML models, dashboards, and analytics solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into meaningful data insights and analytics solutions within Brokerage & Logistics domain projects. • Lead and participate in the development and validation of high quality CDISC datasets based on the implementation guides and consultations with sponsors, project leads, systems analysts, other programmers, and end users • Use your expertise in data standards and regulatory requirements to lead discussions with clients about appropriate approaches to database design • Use study protocol, CRF, Data Transfer Agreements from vendors, data sources, CDISC CT, TAUGS, and CDISC implementation guides to independently author SDTM specifications from scratch; use Pinnacle 21 to run data conformance and create define.xml for SDTM and ADaM submissions • Act as the CDISC subject matter expert • Convert designs and specifications into computer code and analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs • Write and maintain documentation of changes to computer code, programs, and specifications • Review user and technical documentation written by others to confirm consistency with program operations • Offer expertise relevant to statistical programming and CDASH data collection for study start up, execution, and close out: review protocols, draft CRFs; prepare and review validation plans, review vendor DTAs, etc • Modify and maintain software programs written by others • Provide mentorship and training to peers and more junior programmers in areas of expertise • Ensure effective, accurate and timely communication of key issues and progress to the team and Sr. Management • Perform functional lead activities on assigned projects while maintaining scope and budget oversight • May provide guidance and input to the budgets and business submissions of proposals

• Drive the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures • Proactively monitor and maintain aging infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance • Design and implement scalable solutions using serverless technologies and robust backend scripting • Maintain rigorous documentation standards by utilizing Pull Requests (PRs) to record architectural changes, code updates, and completed tasks • Oversee automated deployment pipelines to ensure code quality and streamlined delivery cycles

• Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location master data. • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions. • Configure and customize Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations. • Define and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models. • Develop and maintain data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes. • Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. • Support metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and compliance initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migration, onboarding, testing, and deployment activities. • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot MDM/data quality issues. • Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, governance guidelines, and architecture diagrams. • Mentor junior team members and support best practice adoption.
