Senior Account Executive, EMEA – Commercial

Sprinto

• Own and manage the end-to-end sales process for accounts with an ACV from 18K to 25K USD. • Prospect, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of new logos while expanding within existing customers. • Lead consultative, value-driven sales conversations with VP and C-level executives. • Build and execute territory plans to systematically open new opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consultants and Marketing to accelerate pipeline. • Accurately forecast and manage deals through disciplined pipeline management. • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.

Job Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Account Executive roles within SaaS, Software, or Technology Services, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing the EMEA regions.
  • Working knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Consultative Selling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas in the $500K–$700K range (new business).
  • Consistent overachievement, President’s Club membership, or Top Performer recognition is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, discovery, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and manage complex deal cycles.
