• Using Databricks and other platforms to analyze complex datasets • Identify trends, uncover patterns, and provide meaningful interpretations • Discover patterns, anomalies, and relationships using statistical methods and visualization techniques • Validate hypotheses and identify significant trends in customer retention and churn.

Job Requirements

  • US citizen or dual citizen (Public Trust eligible)
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics to drive impactful insights and solutions.
  • Experience developing in python.
  • Hands-on experience within Databricks environment, or similar data platform.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining analytics and dashboards to support client decision-making.
  • Experience with consumer research and retail analytics.
  • Experience with successful outcomes with quantifiable metrics.
  • Experience with integrating AI-driven solutions into analytics projects.

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist – Forecasting to join our advanced analytics team supporting leading Retail, CPG, and Supply Chain clients.
