Remote Recruitment
• Engage and nurture a warm database of existing clients and qualified leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms. • Conduct professional consultative sales conversations to identify client needs, goals, and investment readiness. • Present and sell premium business acquisition and mentoring programmes. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to closing. • Consistently follow up with long-term leads and maintain strong relationships. • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales notes, and pipeline activity. • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Represent the company professionally during all client interactions. • Collaborate with the wider sales team to maximise conversion opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or high-ticket sales.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Professional home office setup with reliable internet connectivity.
- Experience selling coaching, education, consulting, mastermind, property investment, financial services, or business-related programmes.
- Experience selling to UK-based clients.
- Familiarity with high-ticket sales (£5,000+ products/services).
- Previous experience working remotely for international businesses.

• Own the full customer lifecycle: prospecting, technical sales conversations, deal closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management. • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers. Understand their protein engineering goals and recommend the right experiments (binding, expression, thermostability, enzyme activity). • Understand and explain our assay capabilities in depth: BLI, SPR, cell-free expression, and emerging assay types. Know when each is appropriate and what the data means. • Work closely with the biology team to ensure experiments are designed correctly and results are communicated clearly. • Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities across customer segments: AI-driven protein design companies, biotech startups, pharma R&D teams, and academic labs. • Develop proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs, from small pilot experiments to large-scale data generation campaigns. • Represent Adaptyv at conferences and industry events. Account Executive – Enterprise
