The Role You will be the driving force behind turning our experiences into regional successes. Instead of just managing campaigns, you will act as the commercial owner of your project portfolio, bridging the gap between creative vision and data-driven performance. Your main focus will be to orchestrate high-impact digital launches, find smart ways to scale target audiences, and unite our specialized in-house teams-from design to sales-under a single, high-performing strategy. What You´ll Do - Own the marketing strategy of your experiences, with full accountability on performance and results - Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram - Analyse campaign performance and proactively identify growth opportunities and optimisation levers - Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting...) - Lead campaign planning and prioritization, ensuring timely launches and high-quality execution across multiple projects Who You Are - You have +6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms - You have proven ownership, able to lead projects end-to-end, with accountability over results - You are highly organised and methodical, with strong execution and attention to detail - You have a proficient/bilingual level of English.
