Title: Customer Solution Associate, Proficient in English and French Location: Málaga or Valencia, Spain  Remote Job Description: Position open to candidates located in Málaga or Valencia. As a Customer Solution Manager Associate, you'd perform a key role in maintaining long-lasting customer relationships by understanding each client's needs and how our products can be tailored to them. Your challenges and objectives: - Profoundly understand the potential uses of our platform to fulfill customer needs. - Collaborate with the account manager to build strong customer relationships by being attentive to their requirements. - Add value to each customer's configuration by understanding their specific needs. - Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of their context to keep your workload organized and relevant. Your day-to-day activities: - Meet with account managers to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment. - Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution, interacting with other teams and providing feedback along the way. - Help configure customized Avature solutions by: - Moving configurations from test environments to production. - Analyzing and creating relevant reports. - Running QA tests to ensure everything works as expected.
