• Join our Analyst Apprenticeship Program and support our team with: - Monthly financial close tasks for multiple clients - Updating financial models (we use a standardized model we’ll train you on) - Pulling, cleaning, and organizing data from bookkeeping systems (e.g., QuickBooks) - Running and checking basic reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs) - Performing quality checks on models (QA: catching formula errors, inconsistencies, missing data) - Documenting your work clearly so the team can review and reuse it • Work under the guidance of our lead analyst (Mary) and senior strategist (Alex), with structured training and clear checklists. • Over 3 months, you will learn: - How FP&A is done for real founder‑led businesses (multiple industries) - How to support a monthly close process in a consulting environment - How to maintain and update driver‑based financial models - Build a portfolio of real work you can talk about in future roles

• Data Tracking & Analysis: Utilize The Ronin Society’s proprietary software tools to monitor and analyze key financial and business performance metrics for a portfolio of clients, including profitability by team, person, project, or location. • Financial Clarity: Prepare detailed reports and forecasts that provide clients with a clear understanding of their past, present, and future financials, enabling better resource allocation and investment decisions. • Consultative Support: Act as a trusted partner to clients, delivering insights and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to support their strategic and operational goals. • Problem Solving: Apply deductive reasoning to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and propose solutions that align with each client’s unique business objectives. • Routine & Organization: Manage multiple client accounts with a high degree of organization, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and maintaining consistent communication. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Ronin team, including Strategists and leadership, to refine processes, enhance tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

• Monitor real-time performance against key metrics including Service Level, ASA, Abandon Rate, AHT, Occupancy, and Schedule Adherence • Compare actual workload and staffing to forecast and capacity plans; identify intraday variances and implement corrective actions • Manage real-time queue, skill, and routing adjustments (ring groups) to balance workload and optimize resource utilization • Coordinate with Operations to execute intraday actions such as overtime, VTO, off-phone adjustments, meetings, training, or break/lunch changes • Monitor and drive real-time adherence (RTA) to minimize unplanned shrinkage and ensure delivery of planned capacity • Identify and communicate adherence risks or behavioral trends impacting service performance • Perform intraday trend analysis of volume, handle time, and volume drivers • Provide timely and concise communication and actionable recommendations to Operations and the broader WFM team • Maintain intraday reporting and status updates on performance, risks, and mitigation actions • Create, maintain, and publish workforce schedules within WFM and ACD telephony platforms • Validate schedule integrity, staffing levels, and ring/skill group assignments

• Research new tools and capabilities within the Zoho and AWS ecosystems. • Test integrations and automated workflows. • Support the technical team with proofs of concept (PoC). • Create technical documentation and innovation reports. • Contribute to the development of new internal digital solutions.
