Твоїми щоденними задачами будуть: - комунікація з клієнтами через чати, імейли та рідше дзвінки; - вирішення простих технічних питань, наприклад, відновлення доступу до облікового запису у випадку, коли клієнт забув пароль; - допомога з верифікацією або реєстрацією; - вирішення питань з оплатою та інші подібні запити; - переадресація запитів щодо вирішення технічних та фінансових складнощів клієнтів до інших департаментів компанії, отримання зворотного зв’язку для подальшого інформування клієнта.
