As a Project Executive at Mullins, you will be a key player in managing and guiding construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading mega projects while mentoring and advising Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers - Overseeing high-profile and complex projects - Developing strong client relationships - Managing various aspects from project setup to closeout - Playing a critical role in project forecasting, change management, and project schedule management The work location for this position will be based on assignment to a project location. Qualifications - 10+ years of previous work experience in the Industrial Construction industry, with experience managing projects $75MM+ in value - Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is a plus - OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training - Extensive experience managing construction project budgets - Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment - Highly organized with proven leadership skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Familiarity with construction safety and quality standards - Understanding of construction management processes - Ability to collaborate and plan effectively - Experience with construction and project management software (i.e. Procore) - Budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and cost control abilities - Strong familiarity with contract and subcontract documents - Conflict resolution and management experience - Excellent time management and multitasking skills - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Requirements - Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers - Oversee high-profile and complex projects with minimal executive oversight - Collaborate with team leaders to allocate necessary resources to meet project schedules - Attend project hand-off meetings to gather crucial project information - Review and approve construction projects and Schedule of Values for owner billing - Actively manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability - Approve high-value subcontracts and purchase orders, including negotiations - Review and approve monthly project billing and invoices - Oversee pricing, negotiations, and authorization of project scope changes - Review and approve Notices of Delay to document external schedule impacts - Participate in hiring and recruiting project management and field personnel - Conduct annual employee reviews for direct reports - Ensure project safety, quality, and productivity - Maintain job site cleanliness and update project tracking forms Benefits - Competitive compensation and benefits packages - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - Paid holidays and paid vacation - 401K

Role Description Buscamos incorporar un Ingeniero CAD Mecánico con especialización en Diseño de Chasis para brindar soporte en proyectos de desarrollo y optimización de sistemas de chasis vehiculares. En este puesto, colaborarás en el diseño detallado, modelado CAD 3D, análisis y validación de componentes mecánicos, trabajando estrechamente con equipos de ingeniería multidisciplinarios para asegurar que los diseños cumplan con los estándares de calidad, seguridad y manufacturabilidad. - Desarrollar y actualizar modelos CAD y planos detallados para sistemas y componentes de chasis. - Soportar el análisis y la integración de piezas en el conjunto del vehículo. - Aplicar estándares de diseño y mejores prácticas en desarrollo mecánico. - Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica y software para la integración interdisciplinaria. - Participar en revisiones de diseño, análisis de tolerancias y aseguramiento de la calidad. - Preparar documentación técnica y soportar pruebas de validación. Qualifications - Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o afín. - Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en diseño mecánico CAD, preferentemente en diseño de chasis. - Dominio de software CAD 3D como CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX, o similares. - Conocimientos en GD&T, análisis de tolerancias y diseño para manufactura. - Capacidad para trabajar en equipo multidisciplinario y buena comunicación. - Inglés intermedio-avanzado (lectura técnica y comunicación). - Orientación a resultados y proactividad. • Design and code, combining excellence in both. • Work on challenging design problems and improve the in-house design system. • Help others enhance their designs. • Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers.
