How you’ll lead - Act as a Lead for readiness work: own the backlog and fulfillment, and drive continuous improvement. - Champion standard processes and common practices across programs to scale what works. - Work framework-first: move from reactive, checklist-driven activity to proactive, metrics-led execution. What success looks like in your first 6–12 months - Reduced production incidents and last-minute escalations across your programs. - Adopted dashboards that give stakeholders a real-time view of readiness, risks, and decision points. - A unified onboarding playbook in use across your programs, with clear SLAs/SLOs and handoffs. - One or more quarterly systemic improvements delivered and measured (e.g., faster setup cycle time, higher data quality, increased automation). You’ll thrive here if you love connecting dots across teams and systems, turning ambiguity into action. If you’re passionate about creating new solutions, enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and stay calm when timelines are tight, this is the place for you. Compensation and benefits As required by California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the minimum full-time salary range for this position is between $85,000–$95,000. Compensation at Pearson is influenced by factors including skill set, experience level, and location. The position offers annual incentive program, and comprehensive benefits.
