Role Description Buscamos un(a) QA con 3 a 5 años de experiencia, enfocado(a) en liderar estrategias de aseguramiento de calidad, pruebas manuales y automatizadas, pruebas de performance y gestión de métricas de calidad a nivel transversal. Este rol será clave para garantizar la calidad del software durante todo el ciclo de vida de desarrollo, liderar equipos y fortalecer prácticas de testing alineadas con marcos ágiles. - Dirigir y ejecutar pruebas manuales y automáticas para aplicaciones frontend, móviles, APIs y servicios backend. - Diseñar estrategias y planes de prueba basados en historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación en formato BDD. - Definir y ejecutar pruebas funcionales y no funcionales, incluyendo performance. - Gestionar defectos, riesgos de calidad y documentación de cierre de pruebas. - Liderar la automatización de pruebas y proponer mejoras continuas en cobertura, calidad de código y eficiencia. - Diseñar e implementar métricas de calidad como bugs, cobertura de pruebas, calidad de código y OKRs. - Participar activamente en prácticas ágiles y en la definición de criterios de aceptación. - Monitorear y ejecutar estrategias de performance y análisis de resultados. - Trabajar con repositorios de código, pipelines CI/CD y herramientas de gestión de pruebas. Qualifications - Conocimiento sólido en procesos y tipos de pruebas, idealmente con base en ISTQB FL / AT. - Experiencia en diseño de casos de prueba funcionales y no funcionales. - Conocimiento medio en CI/CD, despliegue continuo y manejo de pipelines. - Conocimiento avanzado en pruebas de performance y herramientas asociadas. - Experiencia con herramientas como Jira (X-Ray), Confluence, Azure DevOps, Git. - Manejo de bases de datos SQL, Oracle, DB2 y Postgres. - Experiencia con frameworks y herramientas como Serenity BDD, ScreenPlay, Gherkin, Cucumber, Karate, K6, JMeter, Appium, Gradle, Maven, Robot Framework y Rational Performance Tester. - Capacidad para gestionar riesgos de calidad, automatización, métricas y analítica de datos aplicada a QA.
