• The Infrastructure Design Project Manager leads the planning, scheduling, and delivery of complex infrastructure design projects for municipal water and wastewater systems. • The role is responsible for developing and executing detailed project plans that address timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, this position ensures plans are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project objectives. • The role also monitors progress, identifies risks or potential delays, and implements corrective actions to keep projects on track. • Provide technical leadership within the team. • Lead the design process and ensure high-quality outputs. • Coordinate design teams to support project goals. • Assist the Project Manager (PM) in the development and implementation of design scope, schedule, and budget. • Manage design resources to ensure efficient utilization. • Coordinate the creation, submission, and revision of design deliverables to meet project demands.

• Leading cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area for enterprise, consumer goods, and/or services clients • Overseeing projects from initiation through completion, managing design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring projects meet established goals • Tracking project financials, maintaining milestone schedules, providing regular status updates, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives • Hands on management and oversight of multiple Projects including renovations, building infrastructure, large remodels, new construction with ground up experience • Leading entire project team consisting of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, and client stakeholders

• Responsible for the execution of projects with potential values between £20k to £5m. • Provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery teams and promote behavioural safety improvements. • Support the project risk management process and ensure effective controls are established to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the projects. • Manage the projects in accordance with the requirements of the NEC3 Framework Contract. • Support project opportunities where identified, to realise, maintain and improve the commercial project performance. • Play an active lead in the production and risk management of quotations and estimates. • Promote and maintain effective client/stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance the company's reputation at project level. • Ensure our suppliers, sub-contractors and direct workforce follow company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Engineering standards. • Work closely with the Senior Design Manager to ensure robust, workable economic and constructable designs are produced. • Liaise with the client Project Managers and their appointed consultant Project Managers to ensure that the projects are managed in compliance with MS18, CS06 and the current delivery programme and cost plan. • Ensure a high level of service is delivered and develop relationships with key stakeholders. • Ensure projects are delivered to the agreed contract programme. • Ensure works are carried out to high standard complying with relevant British Standards, codes of practice and client Standards. • Provide knowledge and support if required to ensure the quality and performance of the works. • Ensure projects are completed snag and defect free. • Ensure that post completion deliverables such as final accounts and Operation & Maintenance information is delivered within the contracted timescales. • Communicate using appropriate styles and methods. • Project a professional demeanour with colleagues, clients and their customers. • Ensure that Sharepoint project status is kept up to date across all projects. • Ensure that project related CVR information is kept up to date across all projects. • Ability to clearly communicate work tasks and win the commitment of others to achieving high levels of operational performance.
