Role Description SWK Technologies is looking for a dedicated Tier I MSP Engineer to join our team, providing assistance to our clients and ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be the face of SWK Technologies to our clients, delivering top-tier technical support and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Performing installations and upgrades - Assisting clients with any technical queries - Ensuring customer satisfaction - Fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients This role is a range of $50,000-60,000 annually.
