Junior Automation & AI Analyst

Role Description We are looking for a curious, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Automation & AI Analyst (AI Lab Analyst) to support the development and execution of automation and AI-driven initiatives within our Professional Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual who is eager to learn how modern technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and workflow automation tools are used to optimize implementation processes in the mortgage technology space. - Assist with building, testing, and maintaining automated workflows. - Contribute to prompt development and data mapping tasks. - Help translate business requirements into technical tasks. - Work closely with the Automation and AI Specialist. - Support the design, testing, and maintenance of AI- and automation-based solutions used to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP). - Assist in creating and optimizing workflow automations using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or Zapier. - Help build and test LLM prompts for tasks such as document parsing, data mapping, and configuration generation. - Prepare, clean, and structure data for use in automation workflows and AI tools. - Maintain internal documentation, workflows, and code repositories to ensure transparency and reusability. - Collaborate with implementation consultants and business analysts to gather requirements and validate outcomes. - Monitor and report on the performance of automations and identify opportunities for improvement. - Stay up to date on automation trends and tools, and propose ideas for new efficiencies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field – or equivalent practical experience. - 0–2 years of experience in a technical, data, or process automation role (internships or personal projects count). - Exposure to workflow automation tools like n8n, Power Automate, or similar. - Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and data formats. - Familiarity with AI tools or LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). - Experience with Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable working with large datasets. - Some exposure to Python, JavaScript, .net or scripting is a plus. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment. Requirements - Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or fintech systems is a plus. - Experience using AI tools for task automation or document summarization. - Understanding of prompt engineering basics. - Exposure to agile or project-based work environments.

Role Description The Information Security Officer (ISO) will work closely with Project and Technical management to plan, design and implement Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) and/or Static Application Security Testing (SAST) security methodologies into the technical solution of a program within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The ISO will be responsible for assuring all CMS security and privacy considerations and requirements are assessed, addressed and documented for the given application, designing the solution so that it passes the required Annual Security Assessment Testing (within CMS referred to ACT or Adaptive Capabilities Testing) and maintains the system Authority to Operate (ATO). - Promote a professional work ethic with the ability to meet commitments, scheduled timelines and take ownership of problems. - Lead, support and document all security incident response activities. - Perform annual security assessment audits (such as ACT, PenTest, etc.). - Perform Web Application Penetration and Continuous Diagnostic Monitoring (CDM) testing. - Mitigate and/or address the security specific vulnerabilities and document via Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M). - Support ad hoc security requests from the customer and program management. - Conduct security impact assessments for new or existing architecture changes.
