Agile Programme Manager, EdTech, LMS

• Guide software squads to successfully build and deliver a brand-new EdTech platform for our client. • Maintain total visibility over programme affordability, budgeting, and overall profitability. • Manage communication and alignment with senior client executives and government representatives, confidently handling pushback and challenging sceptics. • Use agile tools to track progress and report clear, data-driven KPIs directly to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). • Overcome delivery blockers and manage dependencies across squads.

Job Requirements

  • EdTech Industry Experience: A proven track record delivering digital learning platforms or LMS solutions. (This is non-negotiable).
  • Government & Senior Stakeholder Management: Experience working directly with public sector bodies or government departments, with the gravitas to challenge ideas and push back when needed.
  • Financial & Analytical Rigour: Strong experience managing project budgets, ensuring programme affordability, tracking KPIs, and reporting directly to executive teams.
  • Greenfield Project Leadership: Proven experience guiding teams through complex, large-scale software projects from scratch using standard agile tools.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of iterative development and experience working within a scaled Agile or Spotify framework.
  • Blocker Resolution: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of driving delivery forward despite organizational or technical roadblocks.
