• The Director of Trade Operations reports to the Vice President of Trade Relations and is responsible for supporting all trade operation activities. • Responsible for directing customer order flow, performing inventory analytics, and providing customer service support to wholesalers. • Responsible for working with multiple vendors and assessing data to inform organization of trade-related activities and provide actionable updates to senior management. • Collaborate on industry communication, customer interaction, and forecasting, and will also collaborate with the Sales, Market Access and IDN account teams to provide the support needed for commercial operations. • Develop and communicate distribution-related analytics and reporting to ensure accurate information and timeliness. • Analyze customer dynamics and communicate findings.

Role Description Nautilus Solar Energy’s Portfolio Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the management and operations of Nautilus’ generating portfolio. Using web-based monitoring tools, the Portfolio Operations Analyst will ensure Nautilus’ solar sites are performing optimally. This position reports to a Senior Portfolio Operations Manager. - Daily monitoring of Nautilus’ solar power plant performance. - Manage and document plant alerts and cases for follow up. - Organize and process O&M expenses through Netsuite. - Schedule and manage deliverables of preventative maintenance inspections. - Work closely with Nautilus’ Portfolio Operations Managers and O&M partners to continuously improve plant performance. - Support completion of compliance reports for management and financing partners. - Assist in new plant onboarding including document management, data entry and validation. - Support Special projects as needed. - Support RFP processes and analysis for 3rd party Operations and Maintenance (O&M) partnerships. - Support the development of tools, procedures, and business relationships to help decrease Nautilus maintenance costs over time. - Support compliance with applicable warranties. Qualifications - 2-year degree required, technical degree highly preferred. - 1 year minimum of relevant solar management experience preferred. - Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively remotely with different levels and functions of the organization as well as with external parties such as banks, lawyers, customers and contractors. - Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. - Ability to undertake complex tasks. - Project oriented with a goal to complete assignments on time. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. Requirements - Work hours 8am – 4pm EST and periodic on-call weekends for site monitoring.
