Role Description Nautilus Solar Energy’s Portfolio Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the management and operations of Nautilus’ generating portfolio. Using web-based monitoring tools, the Portfolio Operations Analyst will ensure Nautilus’ solar sites are performing optimally. This position reports to a Senior Portfolio Operations Manager. - Daily monitoring of Nautilus’ solar power plant performance. - Manage and document plant alerts and cases for follow up. - Organize and process O&M expenses through Netsuite. - Schedule and manage deliverables of preventative maintenance inspections. - Work closely with Nautilus’ Portfolio Operations Managers and O&M partners to continuously improve plant performance. - Support completion of compliance reports for management and financing partners. - Assist in new plant onboarding including document management, data entry and validation. - Support Special projects as needed. - Support RFP processes and analysis for 3rd party Operations and Maintenance (O&M) partnerships. - Support the development of tools, procedures, and business relationships to help decrease Nautilus maintenance costs over time. - Support compliance with applicable warranties.
