Job Description
Senior Conversion Designer
Priority
• Mine Search Query Performance (SQP), Brand Analytics, reviews, and competitor listings to decide what each listing must communicate and where we are losing the shopper • Translate data points and customer insight into a clear creative brief, before opening Photoshop • Create Amazon hero images and image stacks that lead with a clear message, strong typographic hierarchy, and an obvious reason to buy • A+ Content and Brand Store pages that feel like one consistent brand • Sponsored ad creative and social visuals that carry the same look and voice • The overall brand system: type, color, spacing, and the rules that keep every asset on brand • Run A/B tests (Amazon Manage Your Experiments and equivalent) on main images, titles, and A+ to prove what actually wins • Validate creative before launch with audience polling (PickFu, ProductPinion, or similar) • Track CTR, CVR (unit session percentage), session data, and ad CVR and CTR, then iterate with our Catalog Manager • Direct any outsourced work (3D renders, photography, video) so the output matches our standard
Job Requirements
- Typographic and layout mastery. You build a clear hierarchy, guide the eye, and make a benefit land without clutter. This is still the single most important skill for this role.
- A marketing brain and a content research habit. You decide the message from data and customer insight, not guesswork. You can name the buyer and the objection every asset removes.
- Real Amazon conversion fluency. You are well oriented in Seller Central. You know SQP and Brand Analytics, and you understand the difference between a CTR problem (the search result: main image, title, price, rating) and a CVR problem (the detail page: stack, A+, video, reviews).
- Comfort with data. Sessions, unit session percentage, click through rate, ad CVR and CTR. You can read the numbers, form a hypothesis, and tell us what they mean.
- Hands on testing experience. You have run A/B tests and polls, and you can show what you tested, what happened, and what you learned.
- Proven case studies with results. Previous projects where your work moved a real metric. Numbers matter here.
- A strong photographic and compositional eye. Lighting, framing, and the judgment to make a product look premium from a photo, a render, or an AI generation.
- Fluent, efficient AI workflows. Modern AI image and editing tools for faster ideation, backgrounds, variants, and cleanup, without losing control of quality.
- Solid command of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Independence. Take a brief, run with it, iterate fast, with very little hand holding.
- Nice to have:
- Ability to produce or art direct 3D renders (Blender or equivalent). You do not need to be a master modeler. We are happy to outsource heavy 3D as long as you can brief and judge it.
- Video editing for short social and listing content
- Experience in kitchenware, home, or a related consumer category
Benefits
- FULL TIME REMOTE Work
- Required 4hr overlap hours with Bangkok Time (other 4 hrs flexible)
- Paid leave
- Opportunities for continuous learning and growth, especially in e-commerce
