Senior Technical Training Analyst – Facets

• Develop and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training that enables claim advocates to consistently meet or exceed Facets claim processing standards. • Translate complex technical and product concepts into clear, actionable learning that supports accuracy, efficiency, and customer focus. • Manage classroom environments to create inclusive, focused, and high-impact learning experiences. • Monitor training effectiveness using performance metrics and quality results, quickly identifying and addressing gaps that could impact service levels. • Provide side-by-side coaching and reinforcement to support skill transfer from the classroom to daily work. • Partner closely with coaches, supervisors, business SMEs, and the Instructional Design team to identify training needs and continuously improve curriculum. • Contribute to curriculum development by creating and refining materials that support multiple learning styles and evolving business needs. • Promote continuous improvement by streamlining training processes, reducing rework, and supporting compliance and control requirements.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1+ year of hands-on Facets claim processing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training in classroom and/or virtual settings.
- Strong knowledge of the Facets claims processing platform and related products.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and take timely action.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistent achievement of performance metrics in current or prior roles.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting or developing training curriculum or instructional materials (preferred).
- Demonstrated success coaching or developing others in a technical or operational environment (preferred).
