• Build scalable workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps • Analyse and automate post-entry import processes • Implement AI-driven document processing (OCR / AI Builder) to classify and extract key data • Create a central Post-Entry Control Framework to track tasks, ownership, and audit trails • Drive continuous improvement through automation and innovative solutions • Work alongside global teams to complement (not alter) centrally managed datasets • Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and avoid duplication or conflicts • Build local Power BI solutions to support operational visibility • Develop Power BI dashboards and alerts to identify missing data, anomalies, and exceptions • Reduce manual workload • Increase automation rates • Improve broker performance and data accuracy • Stronger audit readiness and compliance • Reduce operational issues and rework
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience automating operational or business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Role Description In this remote role as a Robotics Engineer (Software Support) with West Engineering working out of Phoenix, AZ, you will provide technical support to integrators, end users, and FANUC America Corporation’s (FAC) sales team by applying your specialized understanding of software development and robotics to create, optimize, and maintain software solutions for a wide range of robotic applications. Functioning as a technical liaison, you will provide strong customer service, including developing, training, and strengthening customer’s technical skills, while assisting District Managers with routine sales support requests and activities, allowing them to focus on increasing market share and profit growth. You must be a customer-focused problem solver with a background in automation and/or robotics engineering and the ability to understand and solve technical challenges.
