Business Development Representative

Lingoda GmbH

• As the face of Lingoda and our B2B healthcare initiative, you will actively build our customer base and maintain existing client relationships • You will own the full sales cycle — from identifying potential customers and initiating first contact to qualifying leads • You will participate in events and trade shows, assisting with preparation, organization, and technical setup • You will serve as the main point of contact for customers and partners — before, during, and after events • Through market analysis and innovative ideas, you will identify new business opportunities for Lingoda • Working closely with the sales team and other departments, you will help ensure continued growth and success of our business • You will also be responsible for data maintenance and reporting to enable better business decisions

Job Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in a commercial or nursing/healthcare field and have at least 1–2 years of experience in a sales environment. Alternatively, you hold a comparable degree
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent German (C2) and good English (B2+) skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong service orientation and customer relationship skills
  • Confident user of CRM tools or ability to quickly learn them, e.g., HubSpot
  • Ideally, you already have experience engaging with customers, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable
  • You remain composed under pressure and know how to set the right priorities
  • A structured working style, a high degree of initiative, and strong teamwork skills complete your profile
